EXCLUSIVE: Creeper in Grove? Man In Bushes With Binoculars Scaring Girls SEE THE VIDEO REPORT!

An older man has been hiding in a bush and watching girls walk by with a set of binoculars, witnesses exclusively told the Orange Street News.

The two witnesses who spoke to the OSN claim to have seen the man near a back alley on Water Street in Selinsgrove near the Pump House Park. The witnesses asked that to remain anonymous.

“I saw this guy behind a bush looking at me with binoculars!” the first witness told the OSN. “And I remembered that my friend a couple weeks ago said she saw a guy with binoculars and I didn’t believe her so I realized this wasn’t a one time thing.”

“I think he’s just a creep,” the witness said, adding that she felt “scared.”

The second witness saw the creeper one week later.

“I was walking when I was this guy looking at us with binoculars. When he saw me looking he hid behind a bush,” she told the OSN. “I told my friend but she didn’t believe me.”

“I was creeped out,’ she added.

Both witnesses described the man as older.

The Police were unavailable for comment.
