Man Charged with Posting “Vulgar” Pics of Susquehanna University Student on Frat Facebook, Causing Males to Show up at Dorm

A New Hampshire man was charged with harassing a Susquehanna University student after posting “vulgar’ pictures and videos on an SU fraternity Facebook Page and creating fake profiles that led to men showing up at her dorm, according to police.
Police allege that Guy Wishart posted the private videos and pictures of his ex-girlfriend that were “meant only for him” on the internet on 3/12/17. The images were posted for the public to see on the Phi Mu Delta Facebook page, according to police.
“Victim stated that her ex-boyfriend put private video of her on Facebook. Victim stated that Wishert was the only person she sent the video and was very clear that it was intended for him only. sudps Weirich handed me thumb drive where the two photos where the two photos of video was posted to phi mu Delta Facebook page. Victim continued to say that Wishart has been texting her father who is located in New Hampshire volger messages and also creating Facebook account using her name and trying to speak with her friends,” the complaint read.
“Victim stated Wishart also created a Tinder account which is a dating app and receiving text messages from males. Victim stated that she has never created anything from Tinder but that she believes that Wishart is then providing the males that like her Tinder account her cell number. Victim has also stated she has had males show up to her dorm room through the dating app,” read the criminal complaint.
Wishart was charged with several crimes including harassment.
A hearing will be held on June 12 at 11:30 at 1025 us RT 522 in Selinsgrove.

I know both parties involved in this story. We live in a small tight-knit community and we all know each other and are friends of someone that is a friend of Wishart or Mure. Something such as this is all everyone here is talking about. I went to school with Wishart where our basketball coach, Coach Mure is the father that Wishart allegedly sent the text
to. I meet the young women that Wishart allegedly did the things stated in this article a year ago when they started dating. Both Wishart and Mure would come into the restaurant where I work quite often and they always seemed happy. They both like to drink and seeing my boss found out that Mure just turned 21 yet was drinking at his restaurant all last summer and on her Christmas break from college that some of my co-workers are going to lose their jobs this week. Wishart and I were close years ago but now that I’m married and have kids we only see each other in passing. I was very surprised when reading this article, Wishart can be a hot head but I would never think he would do something like this.
So yesterday I saw two videos that Mure sent to Wishart. Now neither Mure or Wishart showed it to or sent it to me, it was one of the family members that works at the restaurant. I wast kind of taken back and asked if Wishart had sent to him? Surprisingly the answer was no. He lives right above the restaurant and was learning to use a program in Kali Linux that can download anything that looked and by anyone on his same network. He had this program working on the WiFi and did not know he had “sniffed” the videos until he was told about what is going on and went back to a few months and found them on his laptop. I had no idea that this type of software is available, is free and you can set it up and use it within about five minutes after you download it. Now if have seen the videos Mure keeps looking up at something or someone. Is there someone else taking a video of her?

The images were posted for the public to see on the Phi Mu Delta Facebook page, according to police. Is there a signed agreement between the couple saying these are for your eyes only? Also are the pictures and videos the ones sent to Wishart? From what I understand Mure was dating a Phi Mu Delta fraternity member and left him to start dating Wishart. Is it possible the Phi Mu Delta fraternity member posted the videos and pictures to get revenge for being cheated on? Mure also accused Wishart of giving her HSV-2 which caused their relationship to end when Wishart confronted her with his negative test results.
I think if Wishart did it, it was just to get back a Couch Mure for being a jerk to him when we were kids. Wishart never forgot how mean Mure was to him we would talk about it every now in then. Mure was a jerk and got fired for pushing his players around.
It has been interesting here in The White Mountains of New Hampshire, to say the least. To anyone that is following this story do not send pictures or videos of yourself naked. Otherwise, you could end up in the news

Please in the future get the whole story before publishing things that didn’t happen or aren’t true. The victim is a close friend of mine and also a friend of that fraternity. I’m all for freedom of the press but do you think she wants it to be published? You also make it seem as if the fraternity is at fault here which is entirely not true. The man who is doing this to the victim is a horrible person but you have no idea and obviously don’t know what happened. Interview, and fact check will defiantly help you in the future. Also spell check is key.

You college kids better try harder at town gown relations. We never have these problems when the students are back home. Your SU has become high maintenance, and frankly not worth the $1.98 that you add to the local economy.

OMG! You used valuable police time, simply because you made some smutty pictures and you did not like that they ended up online. Did your parents not raise you to be smarter then this? I cant believe my tax money is going to fund Melininials frat pranks! Let me educate you- if there are unbecoming pictures of a person, the WILL END UP ONLINE. You had the power. You surrendered the power when you made possible self nudes! I cant believe that our youth expects limited police resources to be their baby sitter.

Typical college kids. If you don’t want people to see you naked then don’t send naked photos of yourself to anyone because internet is written pen and can not be erased. When you’re drunk texting from a fraternity or sorority after you just meet the next girl or guy you’re going to sleep with, do yourself a favor and don’t send those penis and boob pics. It really just makes you look slutty.
