EXCLUSIVE Man Arrested After Allegedly Punching Mom in Face Near Local Car Wash

A  New York man was charged with Simple Assault, after allegedly striking his mom when they were in the car visiting PA, on 9/22/18, according to police.

Henry Sicignano, 18, allegedly was in an argument with his mom, while driving through Shamokin Dam. The argument allegedly soon became physical when Sicignano’s mother, slapped him on the hand, according to police.

“This resulted in Sicignano IV striking his mother in the breast area once, and also striking her along the  right jaw area. Both punches were closed fist, while the vehicle was in motion. The mother stopped the vehicle in the area of in the area` of Klean Mist Car Wash,” read the criminal complaint.

Sicignano was charged with Simple Assault, and Harassment.

A hearing will be held on 10/01, at 11:30, at 1025 us rt 522, in Selinsgrove PA.
