BREAKING: Skunk Shot Dead in Grove! Possibly Rabid!

A skunk believed to be rabid was shot dead by Selinsgrove police this afternoon.

The sick creature was spotted around 5:30 this evening , at the 400 block of North High Street Selinsgrove and was called in by a resident who reported the skunk was walking erratically and falling over and seemed to be sick, according to an OSN tipster.

“It was walking in little circles,” Grove resident Jeri Smoker, who witnessed the dramatic showdown, told the Orange Street News

Smoker says they shot it with a 22 rifle

“It makes me nervous for pets and people,” Grove resident Donna Moran told the Orange Street News.
