$500 Donor Wishes to Remain Secret

A kind hearted person from out of state donated $500 to help a Selinsgrove woman pay off the medical bills for her sickness.

The large donation went to Amanda Eisenhower, a local woman who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis, after the reader heard about Amanda’s trouble’s in last month’s Orange Street News.

The good person doesn’t want credit for their act of kindness and asked that their name not be used by the Orange Street News.

Mandy Beachel, who is helping Eisenhower raise the money to help pay for the medical bills that weren’t covered by her insurance.

“I’m just helping out a friend,” Beachel told the Orange Street News.

Beachel is hoping she can help Eisenhower raise $50,000.
