The OSN was at the scene recording when a city worker threatened to have a man arrested after being called a “f***ing retard” earlier this afternoon on Market Street.
The OSN caught the heated incident while investigating a meth lab at 345 Market Street, that was known by local drug users as “Bullwinkle,” according to sources.
The worker was trying to reroute traffic at the intersection near 226 Market Street when a man in a large black SUV rolled up and told her he needed to get through the cones to get to work. That was when he called her a “f***ing retard.”
The worker was not happy.
“You stop calling me that right now or I’ll have you arrested,” the angry woman told the driver.
“You call me a f***ing retard you ignorant f***?” the woman added.
Despite the tension, the man was not arrested and allowed to pass through the cones.

Was that guy in the black SUV a police officer? He didn’t look like one. He must be very special because he doesn’t need to stop for road closures. How sad that he would call her such a name.

Looks like she could have body slammed the d-bag in the SUV without an issue. Using the “retard” word would have not flown well if he did this back in the 70’s and 80’s when good old Ronnie Noller was directing traffic during emergencies in full uniform.

The pompous a-hole in the Cadilliac SUV has a New York/New Jersey Accent, that should explain everything. Another one of those rules do not apply to me types. Same goes for the SU Students that get away with murder and the Police look the other way.
