A Selinsgrove man was charged with criminal trespass after allegedly leaving his car in the middle of traffic then frightening a family when walking through the back door of their house while drunk, on 10/08/18, according to police.
Brian Beaver, 35, a was allegedly intoxicated when he left his vehicle unattended in the middle of traffic, then allegedly walked in through the back door of a families kitchen, scaring the family.
“(residence owner) who stated she was in her kitchen when a man walked in through her back door scaring her. Her and her husband asked what he was doing. He {Beaver} indicated that he was trying to help his friend, then left the residence,” read the criminal complaint.
Beaver was charged with, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and more.
A hearing will be held on, 10-18, at 1022 us rt 522, in Selinsgrove Pa.
