Grove Man Steals 12 Pack Of Beer Cause He “Is Having A Bad Day”

A Selinsgrove man was charged after allegedly stealing a 12 pack of Corona beer from Weis markets in Selinsgrove at, 9/4/18, according to police.

Ariel Alvarez Rodriguez, 46 was caught after allegedly walking into Weis and taking a 12 pack of beer, then walking out. This was revealed by security footage from Weis.

“Rodriguez came out side of residence wearing same cloths as seen in Weis video. Rodriguez admitted having a bed day and took the beer. Language barrier was apparent,” read the criminal complaint.

Rodriguez was charged with retail theft.

A hearing will be held on 1/28, at 11:45, at 1025 us rt 522, in Selinsgrove Pa.
