A local man allegedly assaulted six EMS workers after calling them for help when he crashed his bike on 11/7/18, according to police.
Domenic Haines, 23, called police claiming he was hit by a car but when Emergency Medical Services arrived at the scene he allegedly struck six of them.
“When EMS workers attempted to treat Haines he became combative and struck a known female EMS worker in the face after stating ‘don’t f[***]ing touch me,” read the criminal complaint.
Haines was charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, and more.
He was also charged with DUI, from biking while intoxicated.
A hearing will be held on 4/8, at 10:15, at 32 Market St. Middleburg Pa.
