A mysterious metallic fireball was spotted shooting through south Selinsgrove.
Local resident Pam Ritter witnessed the strange burst of bright light on April 19, between 4:10-4:15 pm.
“I saw the shiny metallic streak going downward traveling east, then appears a fire trail, followed by a fire burst and all disintegrated/ disappeared. There were three of us adults together talking about a tree in my yard, all of a sudden we were all like ” what in the world is that,” Ritter told the Orange Street News.
A worker at the Selinsgrove airport told the OSN he hadn’t heard any reports of unidentified flying objects.
“We haven’t heard of anything out of the ordinary,” the worker told the OSN.
However, Ritter and two witnesses know they saw something. They aren’t sure what it was that they saw.
“It only lasted seconds but long enough to make us talk and question what we witnessed,” said Ritter.
