Selinsgrove is about to get a new pizzeria!
D’Carini Pizza will be opening up at 801 Market Street to offer Grove residents “original New York crispy pizza” on September 1st.
“I’ve been in the pizza business since I was your age [9] and my father wanted to open a pizza business [in Selinsgrove].” owner Joe Loduca told the Orange Street News.
The new business is set to open in the former Tasty Freeze building and will be selling cold subs, hot subs, pizza, Italian dinners, and desserts.
On August 29th they will be offering free samples including soda and pizza.
“We want everyone to stop by and give us a try,” Loduca told the OSN.

Congrats on the new business! I think this will be a great addition to the area. As a NYC native, it’s always challenging find authentic NY style pizza.
