A man from Northumberland PA was charged with indecent exposure after being pulled over at a restaurant near Selinsgrove, according to police.
Police were told to be on the look out for a Nissan Juke belonging to Michael Finely on State Route 11/15 on April, 14th.
The person who called police reported that shortly before 8:00 pm the driver wouldn’t pass him and that when he looked over “Finley had his sun roof open” and that “Finley’s genitals were exposed” making the driver “extremely uncomfortable,” according to the criminal complaint.
Trooper Michael Palange found Finley and pulled him over at Wendy’s at 9:02 pm.
Police claim Finley fessed up to the inappropriate behavior.
“Finley advised that he was coming home from two funerals that day and just needed a release,” read the criminal complaint.
Finley was also charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, the act of exposing him self knowing that he would alarm others.
The hearing will be held 6/6/17, at 1:45.<img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-9028"
