EXCLUSIVE: Warrant Issued For Alleged KKK Member Charged With Ethnic Intimidation

A warrant was issued for the Selinsgrove women who alleged to have belonged to the KKK for charges of Ethnic Intimidation after she didn’t appear at a hearing this morning.
Officer Samuel Khuns was the only witness to take the stand and swore under oath that everything in the Affidavit of Probable Cause (pictured above) was true to the best of his knowledge.
Khun’s affidavit said that Stephanie C Mideaker was having a “civil issue” with Ronald Rodriquez, who lives in the apartment above her on 19 S 3rd Street, and that Mideaker allegedly sent a Facebook message calling Rodriquez a “Wet back,” and a “Fat pig. ”
The message allegedly read:
“Don’t fuck with me wet back im wrong fucking person i belong to the kkk and they will fuck you up Dominican fuck your a fat pig and your girl friend porky the pig and miss piggy get the fuck out of this country your dirty mother fucker lose some weight fat pig,” read the criminal complaint.
That was enough for Magistrate John H Reed to issue the warrant.
“Based on the evidence brought here and supported by the affidavit I find it sufficient for the charge of intimidation”….”as well as harassment”…”don’t see any reason why I wouldn’t submit a recommendation for a warrant to be issued,” said Magistrate Reed.
In addition to Ethnic Intimation, Mideaker was also charged with Harassment.
The Orange Street News attempted several door knocks at Mideaker’s house, but no one responded. The OSN will update the story with response if it comes to get both sides of the story.
