Shamokin Women Charged With Theft

A Shamokin women was charged with retail theft after stealing over $500 worth of clothing at Boscov’s, on 09/29/17.
Nicole Renee Pistone, 29, allegedly tried to steal clothing from Boscov’s at 1 Susquehanna Mall Drive, but was caught when Pistone was spotted by an employee.
“He observed a female walking through out the store selecting several items offered for sale by boscov’s and put said items into an empty Boscov’s bag. Buckalew further related the female then attempted to leave the store and he later confronted the female,” read the criminal complaint.
Pistone was charged with receiving stolen property.
A hearing will be held on 10/31 at 1025 us Rt 522 in Selinsgrove Pa.
