A Sunbury Man was charged with retail theft after allegedly trying to steal clothing and shoes along with three other individuals from Kohl’s on October, 8, 2017, according to police.
Channy Figueroa-Rodriguez, 18, allegedly attempted to take three shirts and one pair of shoes from Kohl’s on 405 Market Place Blvd in Selinsgrove by changing into store clothes than exiting wearing them. Rodriguez was caught when a store employee noticed him.
“The defendant was identified by Yarger as the defendant Figueroa-Rodriguez. Figueroa-Rodriguez at the time of this incident was in possession of three shirts and one pair of shoes,” read the criminal complaint.
Rodriguez was charged with retail theft.
A hearing will be held on 11/27 at 10:30 at 1020 Us Rt 522 in Selinsgrove Pa.
