A Capital Heights man who allegedly told SU students that he had a gun and “was willing to use it” was charged with trespassing, according to police.
Dominique J. Schools, 27, allegedly came onto the Susquehanna University campus on 10/21/17, then was involved in a fight when he mentioned that he was going to use a gun, according to police.
“When I arrived I was advised the actor left the area. A short time later security pointed out the defendant. I grabbed the defendant and conducted a pat down search for weapons. None were found,” read the criminal complaint.
“I was then advised that the defendent was involved in another fight earlier in the night on Susquehanna campus. The defendent advised that he didn’t have his ID on his person,” continued the complaint.
Schools allegedly told police that his name was Dominic J. Jordean.
However, after police ran a background check, it was discovered that Schools was using a fake name and had been in a previous fight, according to police.
Schools was charged with trespassing.
A hearing will be held on 11/20 at 3:00 at 1020 RT 522 in Selinsgrove Pa.
