A Port Trevorton Woman was charged with theft after allegedly using a credit card of a local business to buy unauthorized items, on 09/14/17, according to police.
Kelly Ann Straub, an former employee at SRS Electric, LLC, on 22 Mill Road, Hummel’s Wharf, allegedly used her Sheetz business credit card to buy personal items and steal petty cash, but was caught after other employees reviewed the account.
“Straub was also issued a swine ford national bank VISA card, account # ending 3455 this card was to be used for business related expenses only. From November 2012 to November 2016 Straub made $10,388.53 in unauthorized transactions (165 transactions) for various personal items,” read the criminal complaint.
Straub was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, and more.
A hearing will be held on 11/21 at 1:00 at 1025 us 522.
