A Sunbury women was charged with theft after allegedly stealing nearly $50.00 in children’s clothing, from a local Kohl’s on October 30, according to police.
Alexandrea Blu Condon, 28, allegedly took children’s cloths from Kohl’s Department store on 405 Marketplace Blvd, in Monroe Town Ship, and brought the cloths in to the dressing room, then she proceeded to pay for some of the clothing but not the concealed items. Condon was stopped outside by an alert employee but continued to leave the area.
Condon was caught on the stores video footage.
“In the video at 1:22 pm, the Defendant with several articles of children’s clothing in her cart. When the defendant exits at 1:24pm, the clothing is no longer in the cart. Yarger related she had a associate check the dressing room immediately after the defendant left and did not find any of the cloths,” read the criminal complaint.
Police were able to catch her because of security footage.
Condon was charged with receiving stolen property and theft.
A hearing will be held on 11/27 at 11:30 at 1025 us 522 in Selinsgrove.
