A Liverpool man was charged with theft after allegedly attempting to steal $63.74 in clothing at Kohl’s department store in Monroe Township on 11/20/17, according to police.
Quinton James Zettlemoyer, 24, allegedly attempted to take Nike sweat pants, and a Nike tea shirt. Zettlemoyer was caught after employees allegedly saw the swiping then tried to stop him.
“Yarger related that she attempted to stop the male from leaving the premises however; he ignored her and got into a black Chevrolet SUV…Yarger related that the vehicle was operated by a white non-Hispanic male with tattoos on his neck,” read the criminal complaint.
Zettlemoyer was charged with theft, criminal conspiracy, and more.
A hearing will be held on 12/26 at 2:15 at 1025 us rt 522 in Selinsgrove.
