Selinsgrove Woman Charged With Making “Terroristic Threats” After Noise Dispute

A women was charged after allegedly stalking and making “terroristic threats” to a Selinsgrove women on 11/08/18, according to police.
Lisa M. Kruskie, 48, was arrested after allegedly menacing Rosemary Fallon at 405 S High Street in Selinsgrove, by calling her “old and crazy” along with vulgar names then threatening to shoot her if she called police.
The issue originally started after Kruskie said Fallon was making too much noise.
Here is what cops say happened –
“Fallon explained that she was at her car behind 405 S high st. when Lisa Kruskie came outside at which point Kruskie called her a c[***] also stating that she is old and crazy. At which point Fallon went to head back into her apartment and Kruskie put a shoulder towards her attempting to make it look like Fallon hit her. At this time Kruskie was blocking the door stating that if she (Fallon) gets up on the stand to testify against Kruskie, Kruskie was going to shoot her. [Fallon then went to her Rebekah Bohner’s apartment to call 911, but Bohner had observed what happened with Fallon and had already called] […] During the time this office was speaking with Fallon and Bohner, Kruskie called 911 and stated to the dispatches that Fallon was making threats toward Kruskie about making to much noise,” read the criminal complaint.
Kruskie was charged with Stalking, Terroristic threats, and more.
A hearing will be held on, 11/14, at 11:45, at 1025 us rt 522, in Selinsgrove Pa.

I have the observed the terroristic behavior of this woman first hand. The streets are unsafe with her on the prowl. 180 text Messages to my friend in the course of two hours. She is a violent and dangerous woman. This woman truly suffers from cognitive dissonance. I recommend an inspection on her inner cranium plus a straight jacket and a frontal lobotomy.
