A Selinsgrove man was charged after allegedly pushing his girlfriend out of a moving vehicle, on 12/22/18, in Sunbury, according to police.
Oneal Xavier Brice, 27, is still on the loose after his now ex-girlfriend was found on the side of the road crying claiming that Brice pushed her out of a car when they were having an argument over Brice cheating on her.
“[Victim] complained of pain and swelling to her head on the top right area. […] [Victim] continued to not only complain of pain but also dizziness and nausea. […] She stated she was cold […] (temperatures were near mid ’30s,” read the criminal complaint.
Brice was charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, and more.
A hearing will be held on January 14, at 9:30, at 1025 us rt 522, in Selinsgrove Pa.
