A “woman’s march” is going to be held in Selinsgrove on Saturday, according to an advertisement on the Action Network website.
“This gathering will represent those in the area who are unable to travel to Washington. We will stand peacefully on the sidewalk in front of the post office with, or without, signs explaining our presence. One mission of the Women’s March is to join in diversity and to show by our presence in that women’s rights are human rights. We will stand together in Selinsgrove, recognizing that defending the most marginalized among us is defending all of us.”
The gathering starts January 21, 2017• at 9:00 AM in front of the Post Office at 100 South Market Street in Selinsgrove and three hours later, according to the website.
I believe this is on Saturday, not Friday, right?
