A Beavertown woman was charged with Assault after allegedly attempting hitting, scratching, and pulling the hair of an officer at the Snyder County Prison in a fight over her sweatpants on 12/03/17, according to police.
Savannah Marie Goodling, 25, allegedly went into a rage after the officer told her she had to hand over her sweatpants. Goodling started trying to hit the officer threw the prison bars, while cursing.
After being asked for her sweatpants another officer “heard Goodling yelling, “that’s f****ing bull****! F*** you B****”… when (OFFICER approached the cell Goodling began swinging threw the bars at her … Goodling began swinging at her. Goodling pulled her hair and scratched her face,” read the criminal complaint.
The Officer suffered several scratches, according to police.
Goodling was charged with Simple assault and Aggravated Assault.
A hearing will be held on 12/26 at 1:00, at 1025 us rt 522, in Selinsgrove.
