A Winfield man was turned in by his own mother after she allegedly found his stash of drugs while cleaning his residence at 1470 Little Mexico Road in Jackson Township on 11/05/18, according to police.
Timothy William-Lewis Beers, 19, was caught with 15 pills stamped 499, a glass pipe, a blue plastic bottle, and 2 packs of razor blades. It started when Beers mother, Melissa Loy noticed Beers acting strange and more argumentative then he usual was so she went to check in the trailer, according to the mother.
Beers had been staying at Loy’s campground in a spare trailer.
“Loy related while cleaning this camper on 11/05/18, she discovered items that she believed to be drug paraphernalia and drugs inside the camper under the sink. Loy related after she discovered the drug paraphernalia an drugs she placed them from under the sink to on top of the sink and immediately contacted PSP,” read the criminal complaint.
Beers was charged with possession with intent to use, and more.
A hearing will be held on 12/27 at 9:15, at 1025 us rt 522, in Selinsgrove Pa.
