A Lewisburg man allegedly crashed his car while intoxicated with his pregnant wife and one year old child in the back seat, according to police.
Brian Thomas Seeley, 33, was charged after allegedly crashing his car into another car while drunk, on 11/10/18, at S Susquehanna trail, in Monroe Township,
“Unit 1 [vehicle operated by Seeley] was traveling east on mill road and attempted to drive across the Susquehanna Trail into a parking lot. While emerging onto the Susquehanna trail unit 1 struck unit 2, who was in the right southbound lane, in its rear passenger side door with its front bumper. […] B Seeley related that he was trying to cross S Susquehanna trail to get to the Selinsgrove Express Lube for an oil change. B Seeley further related that he did not see unit 2 because he was talking to his pregnant wife, Rouenne Seeley, who was in the back seat with there year old daughter,” read the criminal complaint.
Seeley was charged with driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of a child, careless driving, reckless driving, and more.
A hearing will be held on 1/14/19, at 9:15, at 1025 us rt 522, in Selinsgrove Pa.
