A Middleburg man was charged after allegedly beating up his girlfriend’s sisters on February 28, 2019, according to police.
Kyle K Kuster, 35, was caught after his girlfriend’s sister called alleging that Kuster became violent towards her and other her sister after they got into a heated argument.
At the time both Kuster’s girlfriend, Lauren, and her sisters were at the house with four children.
“[VICTIM (SISTER) ] reported that when Lauren returned home from work Kyle began to fight with her. Lauren left the residence in Kyle’s vehicle which upset him. She stated that he began to yell and throw items inside the residence. She stated that Kyle’s actions were upsetting the four children inside the residence. She stated that she approached Kyle and told him to stop. She stated that he threatened to punch her and that he then struck her in the face and shoved her knocking her to the floor. [VICTIM] stated when she fell to the ground that her glasses were knocked off her face and she could not see. She stated that her sister Courtney was then shoved by Kyle and she fell on top of [VICTIM]. [VICTIM] stated that he continued to scream for her to get our of the house, but she could not see at the time. She stated that both her sister and her left the residence,” read the criminal complaint.
Kuster was charged with, Simple Assault, Harassment, and more.
A hearing will be held at 1025 us rt 522, in Selinsgrove PA, at 5/07, at 2:30.
