EXCLUSIVE “Light Stealing Bastard” Strikes Again!

A sign warning vandals and thieves to stop stealing from an Orange Street man was stolen along with his American flag.

The large sign, which read, “To the bastard that’s stealing my lights you better smile because I have you on camera and will have you arrested,” was swiped out of the ground earlier during the past two weeks.

The retired Selinsgrove man, who didn’t want his name published, has been dealing with thieves  and vandals in Selinsgrove for over a year. Someone has been stealing the lights he sets out on his property. This past weekend an American Flag was stolen.

“What are you going to do about it,” the man told the Orange Street News” I give up.”

Vandalism has been a real problem in Selinsgrove especially near the intersection of Market and Pine.

A 21-year old SU student admitted vandalism to the OSN.

Menaces have been tearing up plants, egging houses, defacing gravestones, damaging local businesses, and even leaving drugs at the park.

It has gotten so bad that police have told residents to keep their cars in their garage to prevent damage.

“If I catch them I’m going to call the police and when they come I’ll be standing over them with a double barrel shotgun because I have the right to protect my property,” the fed up man told the Orange Street News.
